Honestly – yes! – but our top of the range machines collect around 98% of the dust produced and we offset the balance using dust sheets and masking tape where practical.
Electronic equipment and high value items should be removed to a safe area prior to work starting.

Our machines have powerful electric motors and vacuum pumps. Our operators require to use ear protectors, so you must anticipate volumes well in excess of DIY power tools.
The time is obviously dependent on the room size but an average area can be completed within 48 hrs. Time must also be allowed for finishes to settle before occupation resumes. We advise on these details when surveying jobs.
Areas to be sanded need to be clear of furniture before we can begin. If necessary we can arrange to shift items for you. Furniture should preferably not be replaced until the floor finish has reached full strength, to avoid scratches, i.e. 24 – 36 hours.
It can be both ways but we would recommend decorating first, particularly if walls and ceilings need attention.
Yes we are fully covered for all the usual requirements.
